Seven Boy Scouts and 7 Troop Leaders hosted a bunch a Webelos Scouts this past weekend up at D-bar-A Scout Ranch in Metamora.  There were 17 Webelos and their parents that spent Saturday, one night, or both nights with us.  Kudos to Mrs Williams on getting the word out!

This year, we spent the weekend in the Trout Lake cabin, and had plenty of space to move around.  It was a nice change from last year when we were elbow to elbow - especially during the day.

10 Scouts and 6 Leaders headed up north to the fields of Lapeer in search of a place they could call their own.  The annual Lean To campout is always a fun time and this year was no different.  Friday night was spent in tents, while Saturday gave the boys the opportunity to spend the night in customized Lean To's made during the day.  All the Scouts participated in building the Lean To's, but each was given a choice of spending the night in a Lean To, or staying in a tent.
